If you've forgotten your password or wish to change it, there are 3 options:
- Go to the usual login screen and click the Forgot Password link. Our system will instantly send an automated email to your registered email address with a reset link. Click the reset link or copy it into your web browser, and select a new password.
- Ask another known Admin within your company to login and set a new password on your staff user account here: Settings & Tools > Staff Users
- Contact our friendly Customer Support team via any of the below methods and we'll be happy to reset the password for you once we've positively identified you:

- Via the contact form on our website here: https://zellisconnect.com.au/contact-us/
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that if we cannot positively identify you, for security reasons we cannot reset your password and you will need to use options 1 or 2 above to reset your password.
