Kits (or bundles) allow you to combine several individual products into a single 'kitted' product so that they can be sold as a single item, such as a hamper.
Kitting can also be used to duplicate a single product and present it on your webstore or on marketplaces with different title, price, description, images etc.
Each time a kitted SKU is sold, the individual component SKUs have their quantity reduced in line with the quantity kitted. This way you can maintain your inventory quantity in each individual actual product with confidence. The kitted SKU quantity available will be calculated automatically based on the avalable quantity and kitted quantity of the components, so you can never oversell.
