It depends what the violation is. If you have one of our Merchant Services team working for your business, for most marketplace issues we will communicate with the marketplace customer support directly on your behalf. However if you have been suspended or penalised, it may require your direct contact with the marketplace to resolve. You will need to be subscribed to ZELLIS Merchant Services or we won’t be able to assist you with marketplace issues at all.
