It’s your responsibility to inform yourself of the applicable laws, regulations and policies of any channels you are trading on.  If you have a full-time or half-time Merchant Services specialist working with you, we can sometimes assist, but can’t guarantee any specific outcomes.  Most penalties or restrictions imposed by marketplaces are automated and can’t be manually overridden or reversed. In most instances you will need to take up any issues directly with the marketplace yourself.
