The rates charged by your shipping carriers come from them, so you will need to speak to your shipping carriers directly for this information. When we provision one or more of your shipping carriers in ZELLIS Connect for live rates via API, it will be your agreed rates with each carrier that will be applied. If there is no API integration available for any carrier you wish to use, you will need to provide us with the rates they charge you for each zone, and a list of zones with the applicable postcodes so we can set this up for you in ZELLIS Connect.
